<p>All parts sold are industrial mechanical spare parts. Please carefully confirm the part number, model and specifications before placing your order.</p>
<p><strong>No returns will be accepted for wrong selection, incompatible model or changed mind after shipment.</strong></p>
<p>We only accept returns for items with manufacturing defects. Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days after goods received. You need to provide clear photos/videos to prove the defect.</p>
<p>Return shipping cost will be borne by buyer unless the defect is confirmed caused by our factory.</p>
<p>Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods. If returned items are damaged, incomplete or used, we reserve the right to reject refund.</p>
<p>Custom-made / customized parts are non-returnable and non-refundable in any case.</p>
